Services and Products
china.fulfils.co acts as a sourcing assistant, facilitating the procurement of products, connecting with factories, and assisting in product importation from China. We work closely with factories to coordinate processes, and customers have the option to request samples before confirming production or purchase. Once customers place orders, we provide them with a quotation, confirm specifications, quantities, and prices of the products. A sales agreement will be established upon order confirmation, and we utilize Chinese companies to sign production or purchase contracts with Chinese factories. We conduct quality control inspections before shipping products from China. If products are incomplete, incorrect in color, or have defects, we promptly return them to the factory. We assist customers in pursuing claims for responsibility using Chinese legal procedures.
Restricted Products
china.fulfils.co does not support the production or purchase of copyright-infringing products, items prohibited by law for importation, or any products associated with illegal activities. We hold no responsibility for any issues arising from such products.
Customizable Products
Our services cover a wide range of products:
- General Products: Clothing, everyday essentials, kitchenware, baking equipment, office supplies, figurines, mobile phone accessories, musical instruments, umbrellas, home decor, and souvenirs.
- Electronics and Electrical Appliances: Headphones, speakers, charging cables, baby items, eyewear, vehicles, and vehicle components.
- Special Products: Dry foods, cosmetics, health products, consumables, and more.
We do not accept orders for the following products:
- Copyrighted items, branded products, drones, currency, gemstones, powdered or liquid substances, drugs, chemicals, weapons, plants, pets, sextoys, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and gambling-related items. Gas-filled products and all types of WiFi products are also excluded.
Shipping from China
Quotations provided include transportation costs from China to the designated destination, adequate and appropriate packaging for the products and mode of transport, as well as cargo insurance for transportation.
We offer both road and railway transportation from China. The chosen transportation method and import tax payment method (whether in the customer's name or using documents) will be indicated in the quotation.
In some cases, customs officials may conduct random inspections, which might result in package openings. While this might cause minor damage to the packaging, we assure you that the internal product remains unaffected.
Please note that certain products, such as fragile items, glassware, jewelry, and perishable goods, are not eligible for transportation insurance coverage due to their nature.
Damages and Losses
While we take responsibility for damages or losses due to our errors during transportation, we do not assume responsibility for products that exhibit minor wear and tear, which is beyond our control. In the event of significant damages or losses during transportation due to our fault, we take responsibility in accordance with the actual value of the lost or damaged goods.
Delayed Deliveries
china.fulfils.co is not liable for delays resulting from extended holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strict customs inspections, wars, and other unforeseen circumstances. However, we strive to deliver products to customers as quickly as possible, even under such circumstances.
Prohibited Goods
We do not accept orders for items that are illegal, prohibited by customs regulations, or violate government regulations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated using two methods: actual weight (in kilograms) and volumetric weight (in cubic meters). We choose the pricing method that results in the higher cost.

In addition to the terms and conditions outlined above, you also agree to abide by the terms of use and policies of social media platforms where we maintain a presence. For example, if you interact with us on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, you must adhere to their respective terms of service and community guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
